| How far is Paramount Serviced Apartments from Melbourne Airport? |
Paramount Serviced Apartments is located at the Paris end of Melbourne City. It takes approximately a 30 minute drive from Melbourne's Airport at Tullamarine during off peak times and a 50 minute drive during peak times. It costs about AUD$50 per way for taxi service to the airport. Otherwise you can use the Skybus service which is AUD$16 per person per way. From the airport, Skybus will drop you at Paramount's doorstep. For your return way to the airport, we can organise the Skybus or Taxi for you as requested.

| What time is check in and check out? |
Check in time is 2:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

| What if I arrive earlier than the standard check in time? |
If you arrive at The Paramount before check in time, requests for early check in can be made. However, they cannot be guaranteed. If you arrive early and your apartment is not ready, you may store your bags in our luggage room at our reception storage.

| Does the apartment have car parking? |
The Paramount provides one free car parking space per apartment. Enter the carpark at 163 Exhibition Street.
On checkout day, free parking is provided until 11am. Normal carpark charges apply for parking after 11am.

| Are you close to transport? |
We are situated in the City almost corner of Bourke Street and Exhibition Street. We are surrounded by shops, restaurants, threatres, walking distance to sporting venues. The taxi rank is directly outside the Paramount building. The nearest train station is at Parliament Station (1 block away). Many Trams stop outside the building (eg. Trams No. 86 and 96).

The property is rated four stars by AAA Tourism.

| Does your serviced apartments have internet access for guests? |
Yes. We have high speed wireless internet in every apartment powered by Azure Wireless.
Prepaid (online) credit cards - Users may purchsse multiple hours (used on a per minute basis) at special rates:
2 hours - $13.20 and each additional 2 hrs @$13.20 as follows:

Or 1 day account (24 hour access) - $20 - limit of 200mb.

| Are there any tourist attractions near your serviced apartments? |
We are situated close to Fitzroy Garden (5minutes walk), Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) (10 minutes walk) and Rod Laver Arena (10 minutes walk). Her Majesty's Theatre is right next door, The Princess Theatre is one block away, and The Regent Theatre is 3 blocks away. It only needs 10 minutes to take you to Queen Victoria Market by tram no. 24. 15 minutes walk or 10 minutes by tram (outside our building) to Crown Casino, South Bank and the Arts Centre.

| Where can I find good restaurants? |
You will discover many Cafés and Restaurants in Little Bourke St (20metres from the Paramount building) - the entrance to China Town. Or you can enjoy the stylish cafés and restaurants along Brunswick Street (10 minutes by taxi). Restaurants along Lygon Street, well known for Italian and European cuisine are less than 5 minutes by taxi from The Paramount.

| If I want to cook in the apartment, where is the nearest supermarket I can shop? |
You can take a 5 minute walk to QV shopping centre and shop at Woolworths Supermarket.

| Do I have to pay extra to use any of the facilities? |
Our rates include the free use of the in door heated swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, sauna and tennis court. Each apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. There is one complimentary carpark for each apartment. However, if you wish to have more than one car parked with the carpark, standard parking rates apply.

| How do I cancel my reservation? |
Cancellation Policy outside Major Events Period:
We require 48 hours notice before arrival time for booking cancellation.
Should the reservation be cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
For all Major Events:
We require a deposit of one night's accommodation at the time of booking.
Cancellations must have 30 days notice for full refund to occur. Balance of total accommodation cost due one month prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival will result in one night's accommodation being charged. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date shall have no refund. No refund for early departure after check in.
An administration charge of AU$50.00 applies to all cancellations.

| Does the carpark take bigger vehicle such a mini bus or van? |
The entrance to the carpark has a height restriction of 2 metres. Larger vehicles such as mini bus or large van cannot enter the carpark. The complimentary carparking extends only to cars such as sedans, four wheel drives etc. Larger vehicles need to find alternative parking elsewhere.

Next major events in Melbourne are:
Racing Carnival ie 23rd October 2009 to 8th November 2009(inclusive) - Melbourne Cup is on Tuesday 3rd November 2009.
New Year Eve - 31st December 2009, Tennis Open 2010 - 18th January 2010 to 31st January 2010 (inclusive) Grand Prix 2010 -25th March 2010 to 28th March 2010 (inclusive).

| Are there any breakfast places in the building or nearby? |
You can have breakfast in The Paramount Food Court.
Shops 1 and 2 - Boxcar Cafe serves Breakfast Monday to Friday 7am to 11am.
Welcome Stranger 128 Bourke Street (next door to The Paramount) serves breakfast 7am to 11am Monday to Sunday.
